House is located 10 minutes from the University of the South campus and 15 minutes from the Fiery Gizzard trail and other hiking destinations on the Cumberland Plateau. It is directly across the courtyard from the main house and overlooks Dripping Springs Cove. Cedar shingles exterior with attached carport. Principles of green building utilized. Construction finished in February ’09.

Two bedrooms; common room with 14 ft. ceiling; kitchenette with frig and microwave; shower, vanity and commode separated by doors. Pullout couch in the common room. Cable TV and wireless internet. Radiant floor heat; auxiliary heat and air.
