Salad Du Jour
We use nothing but the freshest ingredients to create a new and exciting salad for your enjoyment.
Entrees (accompanied with fresh bread, daily starch & roasted vegetable medley)
Filet Mignon – with Portobello balsamic reduction sauce
Pork Tenderloin – stuffed with spinach & feta
Chicken Breast – stuffed with Feta, Mozzeralla, fresh spinach,sundried tomatoes and baked to perfection
Tilapia – encrusted with crushed macadamia nuts
Filet of Salmon – grilled and served with a Portobello balsamic reduction sauce
Chicken Fricassee – Boneless skinless chicken breasts with black eyed peas, some wild mushrooms, and spinach and finished with some sherry and cream. Served on mashed potatoes and vegetables du jour.
Ahi Tuna – Sushi grade Ahi in white sesame seeds and black sesame seeds grilled to perfection and served overtop Napa cabbage slaw. Served with Wasabi ginger sauce.

Hikers Brown Bag Lunch can be purchased individually or for groups for $8.50. This includes sandwich, fruit, cookies, chips and bottled water.
Lunches for groups of 8 to 10:
$16.95 per person plus taxes and gratuity. All Lunches are served with tea or coffee.
- Lunch Entree 1 – Cold-cuts sandwich with salami, ham, provolone, cheddar
- Lunch Entree 2 – Grilled Chicken Primavera Cream Sauce over Pasta
- Lunch Entree 3 – Bolognese Sauce over pasta (meat sauce)
- Lunch Entree 4 – Assorted Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Vinaigrette (Portobello mushrooms, potatoes. zucchini, asparagus)
